  • Nettle Leaf Tea is often used in the spring time to counteract allergies from grasses and trees. Their leaves are collected in the springtime to use fresh in cooking (add to egg dishes or soup) and for drying for later use.  Be mindful where you collect and look for "clean" soils to forage from. We offer a luxury grade Matcha that we use in our cafe –  The water temp should be approx. 175 degrees if possible, then froth in small cup for best results.  Note: If you're brave, we hear that if you use 2-3 times the amount of tea suggested and steep for 2-3 minutes that this can cut down on the astringency with plenty of active constituents for health.
