Costa Rica - Viennese Rustic Roast Luz Marina Trujillo, a third-generation Colombian coffee grower, lives on Vashon Island part time. She transports the techniques, mastered by her family in Colombia, to her farm in Costa Rica. She grows a combination of intensive shaded coffee intermixed with natural forest to ensure the preservation of water quality and has set aside land next to her farm to ensure preservation of the remaining forest.
