A slightly sweet tea because of the fructose that occurs naturally upon roasting these ancient sturdy roots of dandelion and chicory. No caffeine - no bitterness. This delightful powder dissolves easily in water. Use 1 level teaspoon per cup or to your taste for a daily tea. Also, try adding a bit to your salad dressing. Made with orange peoke, blood oranges, blackberry leaves, and safflower petals. Blood oranges are my favorite citrus, and unlike oranges its sweet and lends a nice note to this black tea. Nice as a cold or hot tea any time of the year.
