Costa Rica Reserve Light to medium - Fully fermented Luz Marina Trujillo, a third-generation Colombian coffee grower, lives on Vashon Island part time. She transports the techniques, mastered by her family in Colombia, to her farm in Costa Rica. She grows a combination of intensive shaded coffee intermixed with natural forest to ensure the preservation of water quality and has set aside land next to her farm to ensure preservation of the remaining forest. A slightly sweet tea because of the fructose that occurs naturally upon roasting these ancient sturdy roots of dandelion and chicory. No caffeine - no bitterness. This delightful powder dissolves easily in water. Use 1 level teaspoon per cup or to your taste for a daily tea. Also, try adding a bit to your salad dressing.
