RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

1. wrong item sent
2. item arrived damaged
3. item was defective upon arrival

We recommend using a track-able shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Be assured that all packages leave our store intact with no visible damage. Damaged may occur during transit.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Again, be assured items and boxes leave our store with no visible box damage.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 days via phone during business hours as we ship within 2-5 business days after receiving an order. if you haven’t received your order in a timely manner, please give us a call so we can track it.
