How do I cancel an order? 

Orders must be cancelled prior to shipping. If you placed an order for the wrong coffee, weight, etc.,  please contact us immediately, so we can stop the order before it ships.  We're sorry, but we cannot accept returned coffee. Contact

How do you ship orders?

We use USPS priority mail shipping which typically take 3-7 business days. If you would like to make other arrangements or add more items from the store, please place give us a call at 206-463-9800 Monday through Friday - 9:00am
