Under Jim Stewart’s mentorship, The Vashon Island Coffee Roasterie (TVICR) was founded in 2003 as an independently owned coffee cafe and specialty coffee roaster.
Located in Jim’s historic SBC roasting facility, where he still has an office, TVICR continues the time-honored style of roasting perfected by Jim and Peter Larsen.
