Espresso Ecstasy – Light to Medium Roast. Espresso Ecstasy is our signature espresso—a unique varietal blend roasted to a light-medium color for optimal flavor and complexity. Chocolaty notes and a naturally sweet. This blend was originally developed for our own coffeehouse café to elevate every drink on the menu. This espresso pairs nicely with your own herbal mochas, lattes, and cappuccinos. Each cup is inspired by Minglement, our upstairs herbal apothecary (Est 1972), where organic herbs, spices, and fruits are blended into our café coffee and tea creations. After heavy rains destroyed roads and dammed the river, Luz Marina—third-generation Colombian coffee grower—rebuilt her cliffside farm. When the skies cleared, a silhouette of Our Lady of Guadalupe appeared on the hillside and became a place of hope and quiet pilgrimage. Though the forest slowly reclaims the land, the memory endures.
