When the skies cleared, a silhouette of Our Lady of Guadalupe appeared on the hillside and became a place of hope and quiet pilgrimage. Though the forest slowly reclaims the land, the memory endures. Light to Medium Rustic Roast

No ordinary coffee. Jade-like translucent beans that when roasted turn an uneven color like candied orange. Earthy, full-bodied, and smooth. Like dried fruit in a buttery way. No acidity.

Rustic Light Roast

A tipica from the Huila Region in southwest Colombia. Sun-dried harvest, its flavor is citrus juicy and bright with Earth tones. A wonderful flavor, infused with messages for peace. Note: only available in the 12 oz. size.
