You must have an account to order subscriptions.

Login to your account. Go to MY ACCOUNT menu, choose SUBSCRIPTIONS from the drop-down list. Click the Subscription ID# or “View” to modify the subscription. Then, in the Actions section you will be able to:

  1. Change delivery address
  2. Change/Update payment method
  3. Renew manually or set to Auto Renew
  4. Suspend/Reactivate your subscription(s)
  5. Cancel a subscription

After your subscription has been created, if later, you want to change the Delivery Frequency, Quantity, Size, Type of Coffee, or add new flavors, contact our Production Department at (206-463-9800 Mon – Fri, 9 am to 2 pm) or send your request by email to production at with MY SUBSCRIPTION in the subject line, and they will make those adjustments to your subscription.
