Jim Stewart worked for Herb Hyman, owner of the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Company, in Los Angeles. It was through Herb’s training, mentorship, and expertise for importing and roasting high quality coffees where Jim first noticed the multiple nuances in the flavor of diverse coffee beans.
