    A slightly sweet tea because of the fructose that occurs naturally upon roasting these ancient sturdy roots of dandelion and chicory. No caffeine - no bitterness. This delightful powder dissolves easily in water. Use 1 level teaspoon per cup or to your taste for a daily tea. Also, try adding a bit to your salad dressing.
