Nettle Leaf Tea is often used in the spring time to counteract allergies from grasses and trees. Their leaves are collected in the springtime to use fresh in cooking (add to egg dishes or soup) and for drying for later use. Be mindful where you collect and look for "clean" soils to forage from.
