We offer a luxury grade Matcha that we use in our cafe –  The water temp should be approx. 175 degrees if possible, then froth in small cup for best results.  Note: If you're brave, we hear that if you use 2-3 times the amount of tea suggested and steep for 2-3 minutes that this can cut down on the astringency with plenty of active constituents for health.
